Sign in options
Sign in with SSO (for Edlink‑integrated schools)
- Tap Sign in with SSO
- Enter your school email or tap Find my school
- You’ll be redirected to your school’s login page
- Sign in with your school credentials
Other sign‑in options
- Microsoft
- Apple
Join your school organisation
Signing in creates your Goodnotes account, but you’re not added to the school org until you:
- Accept an email invite from your admin, or
- Join via a QR code shared for a Class Folder or Lesson (if enabled by your school)
Once you’re in the organisation, you’ll see Class Folders and other Goodnotes Education features in the main Goodnotes app.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t sign in? Use the method your school supports. If you’re Edlink‑enabled, use SSO. Otherwise use Google, Microsoft, or Apple. Please contact your Admin for support.
- Signed in but don’t see Class Folders? You haven’t joined the org yet. Ask your admin to send an email invite or a QR join code.
