This article covers Goodnotes Education Plan features only. Free Tier users may not have access to these functionalities. To upgrade, contact your institution's IT administrator.
If your school is on the Education Plan, and requires login with Apple, your Students may want or need to use a different Apple ID in the Goodnotes app than the one currently signed in on your device. This is particularly useful for students who are bringing their own iPad to school and have a personal iCloud Account on the device! Follow these steps:
Open the Goodnotes app.
Tap the Help button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Sign in with a different Apple ID.
Follow the prompts to log in using the Apple ID of your choice.
This won’t affect the Apple ID signed into your device—it only changes the Apple ID used for Goodnotes.
