If your Teachers or their Students have forgotten their passwords to log in, you may need to support them in regaining access. To do this, you will need to go through the same method of password reset that you would for whichever Social Login method you are using.
Information about Goodnotes Accounts
Goodnotes Accounts use a SAML process, granting the user a Goodnotes Account based on logging in with either Microsoft, Google or Apple. Your school's chosen SAML login method should be used by each of your Teachers and should use your institution's domain in the emails if available.
Resetting a Password
You can reset your Teachers' passwords if they are having difficulty doing it themselves by following the steps in any of the applicable links:
