Before Contacting Support
Before you contact us, please make sure you have exhausted the resources available to you and tried troubleshooting the issue using the tools you have. Please also be aware we are unable or limited to help in the following areas:
- Apple, Google, or Microsoft account issues
- Your school Wi-Fi or internet connection
- Issues related to personal Goodnotes use - See here for support with consumer Goodnotes.
Please note that to continue providing excellent service, we primarily support Admins directly. Please advise your Teachers not to reach out to us unless we request it during troubleshooting.
How to Contact Us
You can contact us through the Goodnotes Admin Console or through this form.
Please be aware that currently, all contact is conducted via email, and we are unable to provide live calls.
If you are an Admin, you will see a Help and Support button in the sidebar of the Goodnotes Admin Console. Tapping this will take you to our support form where you can request assistance. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Can Teachers Contact Support Directly?
Yes, Teachers can contact us directly through the form. We may ask Teachers to loop you, their Admin, into the email so you have visibility on the issue and its resolution.
