Collecting Diagnostic Data from Goodnotes

This article may cover Goodnotes Education Plan features. Free Plan users do not have access to Class Folders. To upgrade, contact your institution's IT administrator.

Sometimes you may need to collect Diagnostic Data from Goodnotes. This data compiles the running logs of the app for a short period of time as well as information about how the app is set up, what accounts are logged in and which organisation and Class Folder they belong to. Apart from document names, this Diagnostic Data does not share any personal data from within Notebooks or Lessons.
