No, only Schools that deploying with the Admin Console will need Goodnotes Accounts in order to manage User Roles and subscription to certain Class Folders and Lessons.
Schools that are using Goodnotes Education without Admin Console will not have access to Goodnotes Accounts and will bypass the need for their users to log in by using their License Key deployed through MDM.
