Goodnotes Education has advanced sharing features to keep your Notebooks synced, stored and secured between you and your students. All changes made will be automatically synced and visible in real time between you and your students, taking the hassle out of distributing class content! This is achieved with the magic of Goodnotes Cloud, our cloud storage solution integrated into Goodnotes Education.
How to sync Workbooks in Goodnotes Cloud
You will be automatically included in your institution's Goodnotes Cloud once you have signed up for Goodnotes Education. Create and edit Notebooks as you normally would, and Goodnotes Cloud will do all the storage and syncing for you.
Your content will automatically sync with your Students, and vice versa, although your Student's personal Notebooks in Goodnotes will not sync with Goodnotes Cloud and will need to be backed up separately on iCloud or with an Auto Backup.
All your documents will be synced to Goodnotes Cloud, including the ones which are not in Class Folders or only saved in your My Documents section.
