How to unlock Admin Console features
Whether you're totally new to Goodnotes or already use Goodnotes Education without an Admin Console, the best way to get Admin Console access is by filling out the form below:

Once completed and verified, you'll be sent self-serve instructions to set up your Admin Console, and guides to deploying to your staff and students.
Your answers to the form will determine which deployment method is best for you, based on the criteria below:
- 1:1 iPad deployment (teachers can also use Goodnotes for Mac for lesson prep)
- Ability for your staff and students to log in to services with an OIDC (Microsoft, Apple or Google) or SSO login.
Please be accurate with your answers, otherwise you might not be able to complete your Admin Console setup.
Set-up process
Onboarding is completely self-serve through the Goodnotes Admin Console where you'll create your organization and invite users.
In your setup process, you will:
- Setup your institution on the Admin Console, and set up your name and language
- Setup the authenticated login method for your users
- Invite users and set their roles either individually or in bulk via a CSV upload
